An opportunity to explore movement in your body with intention, these classes focuses on all the ways our bodies can move. We'll break down traditional yoga postures into their simplest forms, and then put them back together to feel them in a different way. Start off your day moving your body and breathing life into the spaces. We'll take our time with each posture and movement, exploring how they feel and touching on each part of the body from head to toe. We'll end with a long, luxurious restorative pose to give your body the opportunity to rest and reap the benefits of a thoughtful movement practice •
Recommended props (but not required):
a couple of blankets, access to a wall, yoga blocks or books, a yoga strap or a belt •
