Our practices focus on all the ways the body can move. We'll break down traditional yoga postures into their simplest forms, and then put them back together to experience them in a different way; moving in all the ways that feel good. All Levels Welcome Recommended Props: 1-2 Blankets; 2 Yoga blocks or books; one strap or belt.
